Getting Rich With Adsense - A Million Dollar Guide
05-31-2008
Adsense is the contextual advertising program launched by Google. Adsense allows webmasters to display relevant ads on their websites without the hassle of updating code, ever. Google handles finding the advertisers, creating the ads and finding a home for them on publisher websites which essentially renders the process of making money automatic and allows webmasters to concentrate more of their time on creating quality content.
Some webmasters argue that AdSense pays too little however many have found that with testing new placements and making minor adjustments they can indeed earn a monthly paycheck. If you own a website, you already know this much so onto the million dollar goodness. Are you ready?

Automatic Savings
The beauty of AdSense is that once your code is installed it is virtually automatic at generating income and turning that income from pennies or dollars a day into a million dollars automaticaly is quite simple. The secret? monetize your website with more than one source and ignore adsense completely, seriously, pretend it doesn’t exist. Does that sound simple enough? Here is how and why it works…
Open a savings account. Some savings accounts, like Savings Accounts from WaMu, can even be opened online and have other features that you will likely want to set up to complete the second part of making a million dollars with AdSense. Once you have a savings account open have AdSense directly deposit your earnings into that account and again, ignore it, don’t even bother checking on it more than once a month, seriously. The point to ignoring it is to reduce the ONLY risk to the system not working, that risk is YOU WITHDRAWING FUNDS!
You can stop right there if you like and by the time you retire, assuming you’re of the average webmaster age somwhere between 25 and 35, you will have a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money in your savings account that builds automaticaly and earns interest daily or monthly depending on the type of savings account you chose. OR… you can take the next step.
Open an online, self managed, stock brokerage account and set it up so that it automaticaly withdraws a pre-set amount of money each month from your AdSense savings account and automaticaly invests it for you into shares of stocks, bonds, mutual funds or other investment instrument. If you know nothing about the stock market stick to traditionaly safe investments with traditionaly low but virtually guaranteed returns.
If you’re comfortable with more risk look into mutual funds or stocks outright. A self managed account reduces fees because you get no investment advice but remember your WaMu savings account? Well you’ll also find that they offer automatic investment devices as well, ask them about it.
Why this system works. Getting rich with adsense and making a million dollars simply takes patience. Every click sends money into your accounts which automaticaly builds interest or gets invested and if you can stay clear of the ONLY threat to the system, that being you withdrawing funds, you are virtually guaranteed a handsome sum of money down the road. If you need money now from your website, monetize it with more than one source and let AdSense build your retirement nestegg.
Avoid these pitfalls.
- Spending too much time each day checking the status of your accounts is wasting time that you could be writing quality articles that increase your wealth, checking once a month is fine.
- Withdrawing funds prematurely, the system works by compounding the effects of monthly earnings by generating interest or by growing in size. Taking money out sets you back months.
Reap the rewards
- Automated savings and investments that grow with each click.
- A retirement nestegg that is completely painless to build.
- A bank that will send you new investment opportunities as your value rises.
Click > Bigger savings account > Bigger stock account > A million bucks
I bet you never look at adsense the same way again, actually, don’t look and you won’t break the system before it has a chance to work for you!

I hate adsense. Google has too much power. I lost my account within the first month and am not sure why. Interesting site though. I hope you are having great success with it.

Well what if you don’t withdraw it and wait for let’s say $500, but on the $350 stage, you are banned by Google for no reason
I think it’s quite important to take the money out as soon as possible (when it reaches $100)

Oh of course withdraw the money from Google as soon as possible Michael, in fact have them direct deposit it into your account!
Compound interest is only one of the reasons it works, the other is that it’s automated and you don’t need to manage or monitor it at all. A click earns you money, the money gets directly deposited into your bank account, your investment account takes it from there and invests it according to your pre-set preferences.
Imagine that, from click to the stock market… and you don’t need to do a darned thing but write more and better articles :p
Stellar idea for saving money. Let us just hope that humans can resist removing the money during recession. Times are tough, especially for Earthling bloggers.

I don’t necessarily agree… while I think this is a great technique for most people who are not responsible with their finances, it would not work for me too well. I would sit and be irritated that I was getting such a low return on my money in the bank. I also happen to think a treasury account is far more secure than savings accounts. But the philosophy of saving money I can agree to. It feels good… even having 10-20k in the bank… it just eliminates worry.

For sure. The accounts used can be tailored to your tastes, so long as you spend more time writting than checking stats you’ll do well. Stat checking for two hours before writing an article can stop a blgger from hitting their stride imo.
