Wordpress is defacto #1 but its pretty complicated if you new to blogging. Blogger is a bit restrictive any many ways. I found moguling to be easiest to use and easiest to get indexed by Google due to the many SEO tools that are integrated into the interface. Free directory listings for real good posts, whish is pretty cool.
I’ll have to set up a moguling site and rip it a new one… errr… test it to it’s limits. You just had to say they spent some time on SEO didn’t you dale, now curiosity has a hold of me :p
