David Drake has decades of hospitality and culinary experience and, along with long time partner Carlos Silva, successfully brought fine dining to Rahway NJ. If you live or travel to the New York, New Jersey, Manhatten area you’re well within distance of the fine dining experience that awaits you in Rahway NJ, and it’s well worth the reservation. I’m not nearly qualified enough to review David Drakes preparations, I only know what looks, feels and tastes delectable, so I will defer this pleasure to Madisson Stahl and this review.
David Drake has won my respect with his hard work and steadfast dedication to every detail. His staff includes Alex Stotler – Chef de Cuisine, Richard Spaulding – General Manager and Derek Chervenak – Pastry Chef. Here is a sneak peak at the dinner menu. Cannelloni of applewood smoked salmon anyone?
